Since 2021, I have been on a mission to spread more joy. I’ve been working as a certified Coaching Professional who specializes in being a catalyst for women who are looking to overcome limiting beliefs to cultivate a joyful life. I coach my clients in a holistic way that utilizes their minds, spirits and their hearts. I believe people are whole and do not need to be fixed but may need a guide, good questions or a mentor a long the way. I first learned I had been chasing joy when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. The techniques I developed to bring more joy and passion in my life were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges.
