Individual Coaching

Charlie offers individual coaching services. She is available for phone appointments or Zoom meetings. The sessions consist primarily of discussion about your growth and development and can also include spiritual practice or energy work such as dreamwork, prayer, breathwork, or meditation. Our sessions are always client directed.
